The knowledgeable and patient team were great at helping me identify telescope components that would work well together. When there were delays with the maufacturer, they also dilligently persisted (for over a year!) to make sure my order was delivered safely and as soon as possible. Finally home, the scope has arrived. Very easy to build/setup but I could only get it to connect to my Samsung Galaxy Tab 8 but not my Galaxy S23U for some reason. Both are running Android 14. Anyway I can highly recommend Grovers and will certainly return for any further accessories that I may need. Many thanks ????

I asked a question about a case for my telescope, (I could not find one anywhere) Grovers Optics supplied within 3 weeks, unbelievable!!!!!!!!! Cracking service, very well packed, updated regularly, the service I received was absolutely fantastic, I very strongly recommend Grovers Optics Photo & Toymaster. 10/10.

Went in to the photo graphics and printing department today at the back of the shop to Xmas shop for a print on canvas for my wife, the elderly lady behind the counter was not very nice at all. I asked if I could order a canvas print a week before Xmas and she just barked your too late, the cut off date was Saturday ? merry Xmas ? to you too you horrible excuse for a shop assistant. I won?t be back ?

I had a query on a potential trade in. They found a fault which I queried? When I questioned their reasoning and arithmetic they ignored my query by not responding to my email? Not impressed. Great help with any optical purchase.The staff really know all about binoculars and thermal imaging.Much better than buying off the internet as you can try before you buy

Called in as I was interested in purchasing a monocular. I was shown models within my preferred price range and had my questions answered. I was left to try a few different models, no pressure, and in my own time. All in all, great service, and I will return to make a purchase.

I am very reluctant to leave even 1 star. I took a vhs tape into grovers to be transferred to dvd I was way over charged £30 for 2 discs on top of that there was no sound was told it was a issue with the tape, it wasn't it was the fact they don't have the right equipment to do the job properly. I have now been to someone that knows what they are doing and the job is done properly I will be going into grovers for a refund and will also be contacting trading standards. Please don't use them they are over priced and unprofessional. I don't recommend them at all.

Overpriced and have awful attitude when confronted with something they have done incorrectly. They do not convert vhs to dvd properly and when not working they don't accept responsibility. Overall experience was awful and will never go back!!
