Jack could not have been more helpful. Went upstairs to check stock and brought down alternatives as they didn't have what I wanted. Never stopped being polite even though I left without buying

Excellent service by Shaun today, he even let me know about the armed forces discount they offer, which i didn't know, about saving me a few extra £££, the shop is laid out well and easy to find what you need. ??????????

Really helpful supportive & advisory staff. The ability to add forces / veteran's discounts in store great too. Will now be looking online and shopping In store as they can and will order and have shipped to.home address too. Can be returned to store too. Super service for sure..

Hit and miss on quality. Often have to search the shop to find staff, and customer service is lacking. They cram a lot into a small shop, meaning it isn?t terribly accessible
