“The measure of a great business is not when everything goes well - but how they deal with it when there is a problem. Bit of an issue where an item of clothing was damaged. I brought it back to the Northallerton store where the staff were absolutely brilliant. They were sympathetic. They immediately offered to get the item repaired - but also gave me the relevant contact details to speak with customer service. Phoned the customer service line and spoke to Joanne. She was apologetic that there had been an issue. She acknowledged the problem. She apologised and she resolved the problem with no quibbles to my complete satisfaction and in 10 days from start to finish. Therefore 5 stars for outstanding service - even though the actual cleaning didn't quite go to plan!”
