Went last week while I was passing and the majority of staff I spoke to was rude, aggressive, trying to be condescending as if I didn't know what I was talking about. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Came to do pricing survey, yet he (Nigel) already knew "Ballpark" figure (£10000.00) just from a drawing we took to the scruffy shop.Their bath £1100.00, similar bath from B&Q £500.00!He said he would ring later the same day with a price....7 working days later, still no quote...So I called in and was told "fitter retiring soon, so too big a job, so we can't do it for you.." You can't look on their web site, as they don't have one !!!!!My opinion - steer clear.

Excellent service from first entering the showroom, plenty of advice when stating our needs, the existing bathroom etc to be replaced with walk in shower, new WC & basin etcGood selection of ideas in showroom to look at with Beccy & Nigel followed by home visit, prompt estimate & floor plan.Very professional fixing by Paul of top quality fittings, we could not be more pleased and highly recommend this local company.

Unprofessional company! Would not recommend due to recent experience after visiting their showroom. I selected a bathroom suite on the Monday and arranged Nigel to make sure it fitted and to suggest a shower screen that would work in the space on the Tuesday.They emailed a quote following the visit with the furniture I had selected, but added an expensive shower screen that I had not seen in the showroom. I queried the cost and asked if there was another screen option? They emailed me back on Tuesday afternoon to say no that was the screen that would fit that space with the furniture I had selected. So on Wednesday morning I confirmed the order by email only to be informed they had now sold the furniture I had chosen! I immediately rang them to ask why when they knew I had chosen it in the showroom, Nigel had been out to measure, but basically they said I had not paid for it (although we were mid discussing the final touches to the bathroom design) I asked why they didn?t call me if they thought I was not going to go ahead. The response was first come first served !!! No apology, just come back in to choose another one! When I complained I was told they were going to come back to me, they then sent me an email basically saying they did not want my business. What a very sad introduction to Northallerton. I tried to choose a local family business rather than the big commercial bathroom supplier, but this company does not believe in customer care, customer service or communication of any kind unless it is them denying accountability ?
