Amazing service. I placed an accidental online order and phoned the shop to cancel it. 30 seconds later I had a refund confirmation email. The fact that they actually had a phone number on their website is a novelty these days. I'll definitely shop here in future!

Absolutely incredible customer service. I'm new to diving/snorkelling and have been looking for a mask having tried a couple on elsewhere. I was really concerned that I wouldn't be able to find anything in time for a holiday after local shops didn't have what I was after. I rung up and the lovely chap on the phone answered...

I would definitely recommend a visit. They providd friendly, knowledgeable and expert advice backed up by such a large range of diving products, a family business too.
