It's never bloody open. If you work you have no chance of getting a parcel. Its open 8-10 Monday to Saturday. They can't even be bothered to update their opening times. Only chance I have of collecting anything is a Saturday morning. Worst company going- not fit for purpose

We're open while you're at work and closed when you're not.Absolute nightmare for working people to try and collect their undelivered post from this place. Have lived in other places and they all seem to manage to have late evening opening hours for collection.
