Dealt with Stephen (The Manager) and Sean today as I needed to buy new outdoor clothing for a charity event I am doing. I am quite a regular viewer of Mountain Warehouse's products as they do a good and varied selection of merchandise aimed at the person who loves the "great outdoors". Usually I am met with a warm welcome but on my last visit I was acknowledged with a grunt! Everyone has a bad day but as a potential customer this is not the way to be greeted. No sale here today!
