We booked our wedding for 9th July 2022 and what an absolutely fantastic day we had, very lucky with the weather but regardless of that, what a fabulous place to get married, and all on my doorstep, full credit has to go to Naomi and Chris who were by our side the whole day, food amazing, I can't not thank them both enough, if anyone is looking for the perfect wedding, this is the place ?

Enjoyed the show (no surprise) but it is so ridiculous that my ticket were changed 1 day before the event and the seat I picked were changed and I had to sit literally near the end with the stage stair block where visibility were bad while the original seat I picked were near to the middle. The way queueing for meet and greet were also terrible staff don?t quite know what going on. To elaborate, we were all asked to wait in line for the meet and greet and of course I arrived early and were almost at the entrance and suddenly we were asked to join another queue which push me further from the entrance then suddenly a staff yelled ?if you have meet and greet ticket cut the line? so I basically just got cut in line again when I asked beforehand that the line I was queueing for were for meet and greet.

We recently went to their mistletoe ball the food was great the staff were great. The DJ was poor he just played music for the younger generation when there was lots of people in their 50s 60s and even 70s there, half of our table left early and will not go back to the spa after that. He ruined their night and ours.

every time I ring I get a message telling me to email. 3 emails and still no reply, not local enough to call in so query left unanswered. appalling customer service, if I hadn't already got tickets I wouldn't bother!

We went to watch the magic mike show in the ocean room last night and it was brilliant. great venue, lovely staff, amazing atmosphere and the magic mike show was brilliant we cant wait to come back. thank you for a great family night xx
