got fuel from here and got around 100 miles less out of a fill tank. just filled up at a shell that i usually use and says what i normally get. im certain some stations are messing with fuel. there's other stations i will not use because of this. all tried and tested with miles i get out of a tank fill. i dont even want to give one star but it wont post without it. and the person at counter got an attitude. DO NOT USE

Used the Car Wash at this garage and wish I hadn't !The water used was rancid , smelled like sewage water , left the car still dirty and stinking ...Seriously avoid this place until the water supply is sorted ...

The dude at the till today was so rude and dismissive! No respect for customers. I have not experienced such poor interpersonal skills in a long while. His name tag read Coby or Cody.

Lovely, friendly staff on duty when I needed to grab something from the shop, but the gents' toilets are a disgrace. Absolutely horrific conditions.

23/09/2020 Our car was badly scratched when using the car wash here 3 weeks ago The manager, Laura, was very apologetic, took photos of the damage & said she would contact the area manager who would phone me. She sent photos & my telephone number to him. After a week of hearing nothing, I rang Laura who was shocked that I'd had no response. She again contacted him. After a further week & a half with no further response I rang Laura again & asked her to escalate my complaint. As a result finally got a phone call. The manager was extremely unsympathetic, said someone had spoken to my husband (untrue!) said the machine had been shut down after I used it (again untrue, since several cars followed me into the car wash) & refused to take any further action saying the matter was now closed & that they were not legally obliged to do anything. Dreadful customer service & we are left with a severely scratched car. The one star is for Laura alone who tried to help but, sadly, was not listened to by her boss.
