Had carpets fitted today was not informed that fitters would not take left over carpet underlay door bars OR fitters spray cans!!! Asked fitters as my mum elderly if they could put bed back on a certain wall - didn?t, took a heavy door off as wouldn?t close with new carpet, didn?t ask if she needed it moved, left a heavy unit back facing outwards, until when they were leaving I asked if they could turn round for me !!! Left all excess over carpets all over the place and in a complete mess, an hour late to arrive. I did ask the carpet company if they would take old carpets and underlay up, I was happy to pay but they was not interested at all!!! I must say the actual carpet and underlay are and look lovely but I would never use this company again.

We had a flood a few months ago and had to have our, living room, kitchen and hall floors redone, we chose the vinyl flooring and more than pleased with the service from measuring up to laying the flooring

Excellent helpful instore service allowed us to choose the perfect carpet for our guest bedroom. We were kept well informed of the progress of our order and the fitters arranged by Calvert's were incredible!! Our room has no straight walls and no 90 degree corners so must have been a major challenge, but Jay (well assisted by Harvey) did an amazing job and the fitting is absolutely pristine!!! Thoroughly recommended service from all involved!! Will definitely use them again when the next room needs a carpet!!
