What a fantastic gym. I joined for the Transformation challenge after putting on two stone. After eating well and training hard ive lost a stone in weight and my fitness and confidence are vastly improved too. Cant thank the staff enough for all their support.

Have joined in some of the online classes during lockdown, fantastic fun for everyone, nothing is too much trouble and fantastic with additional family members joining in too especially the grandchildren. The interaction from the staff is fabulous, its really helped with my mental health both the exercise and the interaction from staff.Fabulous motivational gym and staff, fully committed to the welfare of the clients that use the gym.Cant wait to re start my membership

Great little gym! Everything you could need whether you prefer cardio, free weights or classes. Amazing team of pt's who really go the extra mile to support their clients, whatever their level of fitness or personal goals. Fantastic support throughout lockdown this year with brilliant virtual classes when we couldn't meet in person. Completely covid-safe environment since re-opening, too. The staff do loads of charity work for the local community and it's such a friendly place. Definitely recommend!

I?ve been going to ChrisFit since March 2017The team are amazingly talented at what they do and have supported me through their transformation programme, exercising during and post pregnancy, recovery from illness and events. Their expert knowledge comes across in any situation they are dealt with.The gym is the perfect size, all the equipment is in good condition and kept up to date, a wide variety of classes as well as raising money for local charities.It?s very welcoming and everyone who attends is friendly, it?s like one big family! Its a really good mix of people of different ages, fitness levels and abilities who support and encourage each other!I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic gym and studio, I joined 8 months ago, having never lasted more than a month at any other gym prior.The team are approachable and friendly. Very knowledgeable and are always happy to help in any way they can. They have talked and walked me through everything, answered any questions and ensured I was absolutely comfortable and confident with all aspects, I can't fault them. There are no cliques, the gym is not so big that it puts you off, it has the equipment you need, no silly gimmicks. The classes are brilliant and you are spoilt for choice with a wide range, personal training means that if the group aspect isn't for you, you don't miss out, they really have all bases covered.I honestly couldn't reccomend ChrisFit highly enough. Thank you.
