Great pharmacy, friendly staff and wide range of products in stock. I came in 10 minutes before closing one Saturday and they were still happy to sort my prescription same day, even with many other customers already waiting. (And even then they managed to dispense it very fast.)

Very slow and usually a large queue. Do not expect to get in and out within 20 minutes. Booked a flu vaccination about 10 days previously. Arrived today at 11am to be told the pharmacist that does the paid vaccination is not at work today. Needs a very big improvement specially as this dispensary is underneath the GP surgery.

This is a very busy pharmacy, but they are very helpful and will request repeats for you. Access is down steps but there is a wheelchair lift, although I have not seen it operate.

Nobody picks the phone up EVER! I have rang numerous times in a row with no one picking up? When I have been in the chemist I have heard the phone ringing endlessly with 6 staff just ignoring it. Why have a phone number no one picks it up. Do they expect everyone to queue up for 30 minutes just to be told their script isn't ready call back tomorrow!

Diabolical service no interest whatsoever in helping an 2 year old housebound lady. Reply from pharmacist when asked why tablets were missing was ? that?s not my problem?

This place had flooded a few weeks ago when I had to pick up an emergency prescription. Loads of people on hand helping but couldn't pick up my emergency inhaler because they were mopping up!

Recently changed from Boots because of their lack of service and care, very occasionally do I receive a text message to say meds are ready, have have lots of different meds have to wait at least 7 days before calling in then they are not always ready and I have to wait.just recently when I call to collect the prescription has been sent to head office, why what a stupid idea as that takes even longer. Staff always seem under pressure and lack care, perhaps need to change or are all chemist's the same.

AVOID OR GET NEW STAFF!! Staff laughed in the face of my friend and were so rude that it's disgusting that they work for a pharmacy. Their website is all about caring, professional staff helping you, but that's far from it. I'd recommend that everybody run a mile from them unless they get new staff because its disgusting how customers can be treated such a way. If I could give it -5 I would, without hesitation.

Was very good but now they got too many customers.I ordermy ptescriptions a week before they due supposed to get a text to say its ready end up struggling up to the chemist as I can't get intouch by phone.Only to find that they haven't even done it and they had it a weekSo i enc up waiting for it to be done this no t one ocassion but every month.Then they end up owing me meds.So

If you are in a hurry, don't go there. Despite having a large number of employees, they seem to only walk around and engage in chatting and laughing. They have time to tell jokes, talk on the phone, but they can't do any real work.

I give the staff 5 stars for being unfailingly helpful and professional in their dealings with people ,the Manager leads by example.
