The team that Phyllis employs are all top quality led by her personal actions and involvement in all the details. This team put CARE into being Carers and they went so far beyond what could have reasonably been expected.I live 5 hours away but I was able to trust them implicitly to take care of my parents as they got older and their care needs increased. In the end, Phyllis personally made and cooked my dads evening meals which he hugely enjoyed. The carers became friends to Dad and me and all of them attended his funeral.Have only the highest possible praise and thanks to them”
