We have recently been furnishing our new property. We looked at one or two furniture stores and chose Sinclair's as they had a wide range of furniture. Everyone we dealt with were, friendly, polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products which made us feel comfortable. Their products and prices were very competitive. When our order arrived at Sinclair's our order was delivered promptly on a day which suited us. All in all we were extremely pleased with the items we received and the service from Sinclairs and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I decided to buy a new bed and went to Sinclair?s in Scarborough, as they are a supplier of Harrison Spinks.Tom was knowledgeable and thorough in helping me choose the right one for me and, when enquiring about the way l slept, even gave me a box pillow to take away (as l am a side sleeper - which is total game changer!).The two guys who set the bed up were professional and tidy.What great service from start to finish.I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a bed from Sinclairs!!

After the excellent customer service I got buying my sofa from.sinclairs last year, it was my first and only choice to purchase my bed from there today. The staff are so pleasant and nothing is to much trouble. Tom went out of his way to get us the best product for our needs and nothing was to much trouble. He is such a helpful young man and a credit to your store. I would recommend anyone looking for top quality furniture with a special customer service experience to go to sinclairs. You won't need to look anywhere else.

Been buying our furniture from Sinclairs for over 20 years, always excellent quality at a great price. Had exceptional service from John this morning buying a new suite to replace our 10+ Yr old one. He listened to what we wanted and wasn't pushy or trying to sell us something that wasn't what we needed. Don't shop there that often because the products are such good quality they last for years and years!

John, Tom and Sam were absolutely fantastic! Really helpful, even bringing a chair down from upstairs so my reduced mobility mum could try it. Good, honest service, decent price too. Will not hesitate to use again.

Cannot thank this company enough. We have shopped with them for years and their service is absolutely outstanding. Recently purchased leather sofa and chair, on arrival I had noticed I chose the wrong colour. Informed the shop & they happily exchanged for the correct colour and I am now 100% happy.
