Everyone treated me with respect, listened to what I had to say and actually managed to bring my booking forward. Often as a female car owner I feel talked down to, as if I know nothing about my vehicle. However, your staff didn't do that!

Called up the garage and spoke to Adam a member of the kwikfit team. He advised me that they had the tyre in stock and that they could replace it at 3pm today. I arrived and Adam greeted me and got on with the job quickly, showed me the damage from the puncture and repaired the tyre without issue. Brilliant service and Adam is a brilliant example all round of what good customer service is.
