Wrong item delivered ordered white trainers send out black,you also need to print your returns labels off sk you need a printer also and it's costs you to send the items back even though it there fault

I purchased jeans and when they arrived they were nothing like what they looked like on line . I contacted mainline via their chat as I wanted to return them . Mainline then emailed me to tell me that as I had purchased jeans through clear pay I am not allowed a full refund ! I emailed mainline back for clarification and they have not responded so I am very unsatisfied with customer service

Total fakes - your customers are clueless. I buy the real stuff from real shops - i wear a lot of Boss and Armani and I can tell the difference from when my ex bought a few items from here. Customers are all being scammed. Is your address still a dirty backstreet warehouse?
