I Visited here today 28 th January on a Sunday whilst on holiday for some medical advice regarding my 4 year old who was very unwell The lady with blonde curly hair listened to me and was helpful. The pharmacist was direct and to the point but he obviously knew what he was talking about. He told me to seek medical attention immediately and call 111 I did this immediately and was directed to Scarborough hospital. Were she was seen immediately on arrival.And she was given treatmentShe is doing a lot better now. I would like to thank you mr pharmacist for your direct and no nonsense advice.if it hadn?t of been for you I may not of seeked the medical attention that she rapidly needed.We all thank you

Unfortunately I had to use this pharmacy in a medical emergency and never experienced such a rude and unsympathetic team.

Pharmacist is quite frankly the rudest, most miserable man on the planet, in totally the wrong profession, didn't he realise he would have to actually interact with the general public?, either cheer up or retire!Go to Squires on Falsgrave, polar opposite of Morrisons pharmacy, friendly and super helpful, even phoned the Hospital when they couldn't source my prescription to see if they could dispense an alternative ??

Fantastic service, really helpful female staff. Needed an emergency prescription on holiday and forgotten to being my medication. Went on NHS 111 online, nominated a chemist they sent the request through. All sorted within 2 hours. Thank you

Sadly I found the chemist here cold, uncaring, and totally unhelpful and dismissive. Obviously, this is not to be expected of someone who is in the business of helping others.

I have never experienced so rude staff they are very impolite and un helpful. Told all the my sons medications are not there so ring you doctor this have happen for 4 months now I wouldn't recommend if you regularly need repeat medications.

The man here is so so unnecessarily rude. A simple nodd, eye contact or even someone will be with you in a moment is all we need. We don't know we've be noticed waiting if you don't tell us. So don't have to be rude when we ask. After all most people giving prescriptions are not well or in pain. Not all but most. So we don't need a bad attitude. The man should feel ashamed about the way he talks to people absolutely appalling. Standing in pain with chronic back, how long do you want me to wait not knowing I've been acknowledged . Waiting while your busy is different to waiting not knowing if you've been acknowledged.Next time I will take his attitude to high levels.I work with patients and appointments and I always acknowledged the patient even if I'm not free to help.Poor girls who have to work with this guy. Defo needs bring down a peg or 2. If you don't like the public then don't work with them. . .

John, head pharmacist is rude and frankly insufferable. My friend needed an emergency mental health related prescription, we did as he asked just to hear him say 'Oh these two are back again' after ironically telling us to come back after calling 111, almost as if he hoped we wouldn't come back, followed by general rudeness. Needs to learn to crack a smile and be helpful in an industry where your generally meant to help people. Also rude with other customers.

I have use thus pharmacy as is the closest to my home unfortunately. The staff here are rude and unhelpful every question is met with attitude and a genrall cannont be bothered mood. In a people facing role especially in a pharmacy were people are feeling bad enough as it is last thing you want is a jumped up pharmacy assistant or pharmacist making you feel worse. Think a big look is need at the staff here its disgraceful.

Without doubt, the pharmacist here is the rudest person I have met in a long time! I couldn?t ask for his name as I wasn?t afforded the opportunity to ask any questions before he walked away leaving me speechless at the counter. Morrisons pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves speaking to customers in that manner and I shall not be shopping in this store again!

Pharmacy situated at the entrance to Morrisons. Can't fault the service from here. Staff are all polite and helpful. Whilst haven't had to seek advice from the Head pharmacist myself have seen plenty who have done and seems to be knowledgeable and helpful.Collect my own prescriptions from here and also often collect for NHS Volunteer roles aswell. Can't fault the service.
