Went in after looking for a product and just felt snubbed and laughed at when I said what product I'd used for not using the expensive stuff. Talked down to me and made me feel awful for having used the 'wrong' product and said everyone goes to them to fix it after it went wrong. Well I don't think it went wrong but she clearly did.I got recommended something by a friend and got chortled at for it being supermarket cheap, sorry but not everyone has a vocabulary and knows what there on about.Walked out in tears and it is very rare that happens but it really made me feel small. Talk about upper class snobbery.
