I have been wanting my loft boarding out for ages and when I saw LMH come up on FB I contacted Lee for a quote.. I am so glad I did.. he came out quickly, provided me with a competitive quote and we booked the date.. he came and did the work yesterday and has done a fantastic job, going over and above my expectations. He re-laid all the insulation, raised the joists, boarded the whole loft, supplied and fitted a new insulated hatch and 3 tier loft ladder. He cleaned up after and left no sign he had even been there. We now have so much more storage instead of wasted space. Thanks Lee.. I will be recommending you should anyone ask me who did it.

Fantastic service from Lee, he came out very quickly to quote and advise, breaking each part of the quote down so we could pick and choose what we needed.He then did a great job with our bespoke hatch and Boarding, very neat and tidy and worked incredibly hard to make everything fit together. Highly recommended!

Great work by Lee. Fantastic job from start to finish. Quickly arranged to quote and managed to fit the job in quickly soon after since we are let down by another company. All work finished yo what we wanted. Would recommend to anyone.

Lee was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we contacted him for a quote. He came out to see exactly what we needed, offered advice on the best solution and provided a price quickly. When it came to the job itself, he worked tirelessly to get the loft boarded just as he'd described and the craftsmanship is fantastic...no shortcuts and a brilliant finish. Mum now has a space that will allow her to store loads more up there and get to it safely and easily and keep the rest of the house clutter free...so when you pay for a loft done properly like this, you're paying for other rooms to look better too! Highly recommended and a top guy you can trust.
