“Staff appreciation for Donna- I’ve been back & forth to this branch since January after a few issues with the prescription I was prescribed by the optician & having re-tests etc.I ended up opting for a full refund & taking back the lenses they had provided me.Donna was the only member of staff on the shop floor who didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience for calling the store multiple times / having my eyes re-tested & eventually opting for the full refund.If it wasn’t for Donna working there I don’t think I would be marking it as 5 stars.I really appreciated her kindness & really helpful customer service. I would recommend dealing with Donna if she’s available.”
