“Absolutely fantastic day out with young children. Reasonable price for all the things you can do. Always enjoyed meeting the animals and the outdoor playground but love the new indoor play area. The children loved the go karts too. Would definitely recommend.”

“This dog friendly hotel in the Yorkshire Dales is a gem! First visit here after it was recommended by a friend. Located in the village of Malham next to the famous Malham Cove. There are so many places to explore nearby. The service was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. I’m a vegan, and they were able to provide great advice on the menu. The decor and rooms are traditional and stylish. We will definitely come back for another weekend away with the dogs. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“Lovely big old pub. The beer was great and the Sunday dinner not bad (could of been more veg). The staff were all friendly but the waiting staff weren't the most efficient but still worth a visit!”

“After many times of driving down the A65 through to the Lake District we decided to make a stop off (finally) at the Maypole that we have always thought looked lovely every time we passed it. Today we tried it and had a lovely lunch. Steak and Ale pie is a must - lovely and filling and the Brie bites to start were delicious. Lovely staff, attentive and checking in on us at the right moments. Thanks !”
