“We had a red card left through our letterbox from Royal Mail but our dogs had totally trashed it and we couldn't read it. Rang the Delivery Office to find out if it had been taken there. No. The lady then went round the building to find the postman who had done our delivery to ask him where it was. So very, very helpful. Thank you!!!”
