Absolutely fantastic customer service, the sales assistant spent time with us whilst my son chose new trainers and football boots. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and even remembered what we had brought after I accidentally left the trainers in the store. She put them to one side and remembered who they belonged too when I went to collect them and hour later.

Fabulous service today from Manager Ru and staff. I was wet through from the rain and he turned the heat up at the door to help me dry off. Absolutely went the extra mile. Great experience.

Popped in for some last minute football boots for my son and although we couldn?t find any that fit (or that he liked), we had excellent service from a particularly helpful member of staff Tanveer. My son is particularly fussy about his boots and a tough customer! He must have tried on eight different pairs, but Tanveer was more than happy to dash back and forth fetching boots and providing advice with good humour and exceptional politeness. I?m a big believer that great service needs calling out. A very good experience, thanks for your help Tanveer.
