Only a small Travelodge.. Ideally situated for Skipton & the surrounding area.Very roomy comfy room. Good facilities. There's a Greggs & Burger King bang next door if you want meals. Greggs was ideal for breakfasts.

It is what it is. It's not luxury but it was quiet, beds were comfy and it was clean. Staff were friendly and it was very inexpensive. Parking is a bit of a gamble as the Gregg's nextdoor is busy, but we waited a few minutes and someone moved their van. Pity the farmshop next door has closed. They did a great breakfast/lunch. Fingers crossed it can re-open.

Very reasonable hotel. Rooms clean and an easy 1 mile walk into Skipton. Road noise was a bit loud on our side of the building but not too

My fiancé and I stayed last night and the hotel was very clean, the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The receptionist Debbie was such a lovely person and when she faced an awful scene this morning, even though she was clearly frightened, she dealt with it in s professional and calm manner. She deserves a pay rise and the day off with pay.Thankyou DebbieRooms: Clean, comfortable and spaciousNearby activities: Skipton has lots to do and see, beautiful place

We're getting quite regulars using Travelodges.Mainly because they are dog friendly and are quite good value compared to other places to stay with your doggies. They are basic, but if all you want is somewhere to stay, that's affordable, then their ideal. We like these smaller hotels as you're not fighting for lifts or parking space, which is free here.We had a ground floor family room which overlooked the busy main road next to it.There are no shops nearby except a farm shop and a Greggs and Burger King.Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Just a typical Travelodge. Husband thought it was a bit 'tired' but for the price it is great.Location is brilliant for shows at the Auction Mart and it's about 15/30 min walk into Skipton (depending on how fast you walk). Not much around the Travel Lodge except for Greggs & Burger King (just around the corner) so you struggle for a breakfast, although Greggs do some breakfast items and you can 'eat in'Would definitely use Skipton Travelodge in the future .

The room is standard and on the old side. The wall is very thin and I was put on the ground floor. There's no breakfast room but this wasn't flagged when I was making the booking and bought breakfast for all mornings. It turned out that they just guve you breakfast box. If I had known, I wouldn't have included breakfast in my booking.

Clean, comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. We didn't find it easy to find in the dark as it shares a postcode with a farmshop. The sign is not clearly visible from the road until you drive past it. Would definitely use this Travelodge again.

We booked this Travelodge as we were attending a wedding at Bolton Abbey. It's a little way off the Abbey but it's very easy to find and fairly close to Skipton town centre.Rooms basic but, our 3 rooms were very clean, tidy and well presented. Found bed a little too soft for me but, that's just my preference and pillows a little flat, but, there was extra (clean and sealed) pillows on top of shelves that I hadn't seen.Staff were very friendly and welcoming, happy to help and give local info, as were taxi drivers.Coming in late from wedding they just ask that respect others guests and be quiet.Night receptionist/security however could do with personality transplant, come in and say good evening and offer a little interaction you just get a 'a look'?.All in all though, it's a budget hotel, but it was great value, clean, tidy and friendly and we would happily stay again should we be up that way.Noteworthy details: If you're gonna use this hotel as a base to attend weddings at Bolton Abbey taxi fare each way will be around £20 (standard local taxi)

It's a travelodge! Bit of a tired, depressed looking one. Excellent service, decent bed always a shame there's no breakfast but I got a good night's sleep.Rooms: Tired but clean and a decent bed
