Walkers Kitchen has everything you could want in a local cafe. Fantastically placed on the high street and right opposite a car park, so whether driving, walking or cycling you?ll spot this little gem and want to make it a regular stop. The staff were very friendly, fab decor and the food was delicious. If you visit, I would highly recommend the Almighty Walkers breakfast if you?ve got a good appetite. But also the homemade sausage rolls are legendary. Not only does the cafe have a kids room, but pets are also welcome. Enquiring further, they will also provide buffets, so whether a corporate lunch, or a special occasion they?ll accommodate your dietary needs.Take my word for it, you?ve found the end of the rainbow ? when you?ve been and will always be made welcome. Thank you Walkers Kitchen for a terrific experience. ??

Service was slow, didn't get order quite right, didn't bring milked with tea and asked us to list what we had at the till.

Lovely food- esp the home made sausage rolls- absolutely gorgeous! Staff friendly, attentive, warm atmosphere & very child friendly. Prices reasonable & it?s so much better all round than Costa across the road.

We had breakfast on a Sunday morning. Quality ingredients, cooked to perfection, prepared to order and plated up hot. I had The Almighty Walkers, Jan had The Walkers Smaller. We shared a large pot of tea. With friendly service, served in a comfy upstairs room. All in all a bit of a treat. Somewhere to go back to the next time we're over in this part of Yorkshire.

Stopped here on our way from Whitby to Nottingham. Genuinely one of the best breakfasts I?ve had for a long time. Think this will be our regular stop off on this journey, only three mins off the A64 and knocks the spots off any services by a million miles! Tadcaster has a huge free carpark at the back of the brewery too.

Breakfast and to break the journey East.Called in on my way to York, always loved Tadcaster and on a sunny Sunday morning why wouldn?t you!A lovely little cafe, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and great food. A steady stream of customers for the takeaway and the sit down dining. I sat downstairs and watch the flow of content faces.A good breakfast menu from which I chose the vegetarian, ?no sausage?s please? ?what would you like instead? with a smile and no fuss, the breakfast was excellent, and look at that teapot! They care!A super start to the day.

This was a perfect visit. We were strangers in town on a very wet and windy day with two soggy little dogs. We were made very welcome, the dogs were given bacon and water straight away, which they loved and we had delicious coffee to wash down cheese on toast and a toasted teacake. All the staff were really friendly, we felt like we were with friends and the bathroom is a definite to visit!

Visited Thursday 21st September , 09.30am . I chose the (Almighty Walkers) all day breakfast , and a perfect choice it was . From first setting step in the premises , a warm greeting . And led upstairs to a very pleasant dining area , where myself and my little canine friend were both made to feel very welcome . My little dog was given a lovely treat , which she enjoyed immensely . And I had a lovely cappuccino , one of the nicest I've had . And very swiftly my chosen food arrived 2 lovely slices , of fresh toast . And yes the (Walkers Almighty) , was a very true description . Me and my canine friend , will definitely be visiting again . Absolutely superb all round .
