After myself and my boyfriends holiday got cancelled due to Covid we went to see if Hays could do us a cheap last minute deal. Kristen was the agent who served us and she was incredible, she managed to get us a deal that was an absolute bargain, she helped even out of office hours searching for the perfect holiday.
