Called in for food from greggs pasty and a cold drink. Was looking forward to bitting in to a warm pasty only to find out that it was cold. The drink out of the fridge was warmer then the pasty and was charged £2.45. On a morning where it is 7 degrees something warm would be nice. Everyone avoid the greggs part you will be extremely disappointed and it will have cost u a arm and a leg. Not even worthy of 1 star be its the minimum I can give

OMG, avoid. Ridiculously complicated and poorly marked way to get to the petrol station. The most expensive, by far, that we've seen since the top of Scotland ? only good thing was that there were a lot of pumps.

BEWARE! Do NOT get petrol here if you do not have to! Rip off! 25-30 Pence per litre more then on dual carriage way.

Lovely hot sandwiches, bacon and a Cumberland sausage from the kiosk (West Cornwall Pasty Company) outside the main entrance. they aren't mean with bacon and sausage either so decent value £3.85 each considering it's motorway services.

Monday morning 8:00am and I needed to top up with fuel before delivering a car to a customer. Obviously the pumps were very busy, but I luckily (or unluckily!) managed to find one. Once I had committed myself to putting fuel in, I saw to my horror the length of the queue to pay at the tills. Having fuelled up, I joined the back of the queue, which went the full length of the shop, even bending round the corner so customers didn?t have to wait outside on a freezing cold morning. I then realised that no one at all was covering any of the three BP tills, so all of the transactions were being carried out by two woefully overworked Greggs staff who were having to deal with shop purchases, fuel purchases and a wide variety of Greggs food orders! Fifteen minutes I was in that queue waiting to simply pay for fuel!! BP, it?s a disgraceful way to treat customers. The same thing happens to a large degree at Ferrybridge, the M180/M18 Services and Trowell where you have to queue with customers who are buying Greggs, which have to be prepared by staff while you?re waiting behind. These are Motorway Services, not High Street shops. By definition, fuel customers want to be in, pay for fuel and continue their journey. This is obviously a company policy, but on this occasion someone had clearly woefully underestimated staffing needs. There were a lot of frustrated customers in the queue. I will be avoiding Wetherby Services like the plague from now on I?m afraid.

it's my main stop every night to refuel the company fleet . which is usually between £300 - £600 so over weeks / months add up to a lovely amount of ££££ . The toilets are generally disgusting but that's down to customers treating it that way but should be cleaned regularly .but my biggest disturbing fact is the Greggs. a few nights ago . when I was about to purchase a Greggs and it was absolutely stomped with flys over the products. I will not be purchasing a greggs anymorestaff however are great

Truck parking is chaotic! Diesel pumps are slow, which results in the the truck park getting jammed up!

Probably most expensive fuel in country. Queue and staff service appalling slow and inefficient. 20/30 mins just get a pay for fuel.

0 wasn't an option, we used the BP toilets for quickness, I went to use the disabled toilet for the baby changing facilities however there was urine all over the floor and had clearly been there a while as the smell of pee was horrendous and definitely more than 1 person had done so as there was more than 1 puddle. No log of cleaning anywhere and when I mentioned to staff, they had not a clue just a blank look on their face. The thought of an actual disabled person needing to use them is horrendous. I know it's not their fault that people are Discusting but regular checks and cleaning need to be in place and adhered to
