I've had a recent experience at the charity shop that left me quite perplexed. I was in search of a Halloween hat and was informed that I could purchase one but only collect it after the Halloween weekend had passed. This left me questioning the purpose of showcasing items in the window if they couldn't be bought on the spot. So, I returned today with an offer to donate a replacement hat and purchase the one from the shop, only to be met with refusal. It seems counterintuitive to me as charity shops are typically aimed at maximizing profits for a charitable cause.I must add that I truly appreciate this shop in general and have been a loyal visitor for over a year now, coming in every weekend. It's just this recent experience that left me bewildered, and I'm eager to understand the reasoning behind this particular policy.

Great place to shop and the managers and volunteers are brilliant.
