I just had to say how good the customer service is here. I always head straight to the self service tills and the staff are there immediately! It's the same everytime I go. Most supermarkets you are fighting to find staff to help but at aldi they are there by your side before you even know yourself that they are needed. And as everyone knows tge prices are the most competitive!!

Customer service appalling.not staff ever available to ask where anything is.dont allow and accept people with ailments or disability. At the tills that can't go as quick.and Customers alike won't be visiting again.expect yo be treated with respect and dignity.

Shop here twice weekly however experienced a very rude staff member self checkout man last time i shopped.A ginger hair and slight ginger beard who shouted at me loudly rudely and unnecessarily as he presumed i was going to self checkout with large trolley this was not the case.I have a broken arm in a sling and had difficulty maneuvering trolley used a totally rude aggressive manner which then prompted my partner to come to my defense . my partner was using self checkout and the staff member proceeded to keep trying to goad my partner and shouted a patronizing farewell as we proceeded to leave the store very loudly as we left.LOVE THIS SHOP AND ALL FRIENDLY STAFF BUT THIS GUY WAS ON ANOTHER LEVEL VILE MAN

Good but not great. If you dont mind trying unheard of products, give Aldi a try. The problem for me, is the inconsistent quality - the same product will vary from week to week. It also feels cramped, is often too busy and has too few staff ie it is an Aldi!
