I do not write reviews often, but this place has incredible staff and a very convenient placement as it is right next to Stone Bow, my bus stop. If you need advice, aid or a simple query, I am certain you will be treated great.”
“I have recently had two bereavements within 4 days of each other, my head was a mess but coming into the bank the staff were gentle & understanding straight away. They were sensitive & dealt with me quickly & offered to help me where they could. I also received a most beautiful bouquet of flowers which they had secretly dashed out for! I got hugs & it meant the world at such a traumatic time”

“Had a really positive experience in HSBC yesterday. As we walked in, we were instantly greeted by a friendly member of staff. My friend wanted to deposit some money but couldn’t remember his pin. She patiently showed him how to retrieve his pin on online banking, talked him through how to deposit the money, and explained to him how to change his pin to a more memorable one. Above and beyond!”
