Closes at 3 and was there just before and wouldn?t let me in, a business with a lot of cash to bank. Advisor was rude and said I wasn?t there, the irony is it was before their closing time as we had the chat and it?s 3.01 as I post this and have taken the time to write it. Clearly I was there before 3!!!!! Bad form.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and they try to find the most cost effective route to sorting things. Very patient and want to help you get the best from your app and they will guide you through the process. Took them 5 minutes to sort me out.

No staff to deal with problems, over an hour wait to show someone my id. crazy for a big city center branch. ***** Reply: Thanks James it only took you 2 weeks to get a generic reply to my review, about the same time it took me to see the only qualified staff member in a branch servicing 1000s of your customers. Perhaps the rest of the reviews for this branch and mine are completely unwarranted. but then again.......

BARCLAYS THE CLOWN BANKApplied for a Barclays credit card, to use on holiday. No problem we thought (we own our own home and have reasonable income)Cards came through. After about a week we had a letter saying cards had been blocked due to unusual spending. We have'nt used the cards!!This was a lie.Phoned the given number to be told the account had been closed, we no longer met their criteria.

The counter opening times are a joke .9:30 - 2pm so you need to book a day off to get a substantial amount of cash out . It?s ridiculous

I made a standing order for my rent. It was taken twice in the same date at the same time. When I called them, they said they do not know who fault it is and could not even solve it. The online banking and the app do not even show the standing order. You should go to the branch to check or modify it. None sense

Had been waiting for two months to open an account but at the appointment I was told that I should?ve brought a document that they didn?t mention at first. It is not needed in other banks at all and actually meaningless.
