Rubbish service. Still standing here 15 mins waiting to see pharmacist who is stressed and said ' she'll have to wait to another colleague loudly and Crossland. Then swore at the system which was causing her a problem. My first visit here. I won't be returning. Appalling customer service from this member of staff on a busy Saturday morning.

I was refused entry to buy my baby some milk due to closure of the store for staff lunches. It was two minutes to 2pm, so I was within the time. The lady made a big deal about them having to close the store so they can have their lunch, it was very selfish of her to not let me buy my baby some milk. Rude and selfish, I won't be returning.

I attended this branch of Boots for a pre-booked flu vaccination. The staff were friendly, well-informed and helpful. Excellent customer service.

19/04/21, boots chemist in acomb really do need to put staff on some sort of corse in customer relations there service is really rude i will never use acomb boots again they are blatantly discriminating when it comes to your social standing, its that blatant if your posh & dressed designer ul get good polite friendly service & if your not you won't absolutely disgusting
