I was there at Boots for my eye test, and the lady Lucy was pleasant and professional. Today I went to choose glasses and the young woman who assisted me was professional and pleasant.

Just got home after a scary event to be on my own. Cannot fault the team from cashier, security and getting rangers for me and respecting my service dog too. Helping me while having syncope episodes, and making sure I was alright and getting home safely. It's more common to have people with disabilities robbed during these times but I couldnt be more grateful for my pup and the team together. Thank you
