Discusting staff rude and threatening.Went in on Friday the 29th December 2023 and bought some earrings, at first i wanted the gold ones but they wouldn't sell me them unless I got my eyes peirced which ondint need as already have them done so i went with a cheaper pair since they refused to sell me the decent pair for more money so i just got out the store and opened them to notice one was bent.Within 30 seconds i went straight back in and explained i wasn't happy with the product and asked for a refund in the same way I paid.The ladie who was the supervisor refused and said she wasn't giving me one and told me she doesn't have to give me anything and rang security on me who also asked why she couldn't give me a refund.She saw the earrings was bent and bent it back into place then lied about it 5 minutes later to the security guards who came into the store because she called them.Really rude supervisor who needs some basic training or a job that doesn't include working with the customers.Definitely taking this further either as i evidence of the whole incident to try cause trouble for us with security she also made up lies saying I was going to assualt the security guard which was also false and inappropriate.

Served by a lovely woman named Andrea (I think ) who was very nice and considerate and caring when doing our 3 piercings very informative bubbly and kind would definitely recommend again

I called in the store today (02/03/20023) at about 10.00. I was greeted by a lovely young lady (sorry, no name!) I was looking for a nose ring. She was extremely helpful & advised me on my purchase & offers within store. Thank you

My granddaughter bought some nice things but I didn't like how the girl came up to her and told her that if she bought 3 things she could have 3 free. Try explaining to a 7 year old that you bought the expensive things and got the cheaper things free not the other way round.

Not enough room to get around in a wheelchair. Staff were great and tried to move stuff and help. But there is just too much stuff and too many units even for the helpful staff to make a way to get around. Thanks to the staff for trying really hard, but we won't be back until the store is more accessible. If you're a wheelchair user please avoid!
