Wasn?t much choice in terms of food; there were no sandwiches as they forgotten to order in, so just had cakes and coffee. Plenty of seats, but lacked a bit of atmosphere.

Visited costa in Haxby my local costa coffee shop, ordered a karge hot chocolate and 2x brown toast butter and marmalade- i was told they didnt have any marmalade so i got jam instead. However the young gentleman ( he had a beard) i didnt catch his name) went to the stores and found me some marmalade and brought it to my table. Now thats excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your kindness. ? I hope costa rewards you xx
