A good size supermarket here. Choice good and reasonable price on goods offered. Local and convenient. Good opening hours every day.. Love it.

I was informed of self checkout by woman sorting the papers at the checkout Fri 21st April 2023 approx. 8.15pm and told her I don't use self checkouts as it takes peoples jobs so whilst humming she scanned my few items as slow as possible and gave me my change as slow as possible so I hummed along back. It's your job I'm protecting woman and I don't get paid for doing the cashiers job so please stop as-king and just do your job.5 Stars for the man who has worked there since the Spar days (30+ years) is great, friendly and helpful and the other two women also, one who has also worked there since early Spar days.

Wanted a few beers but had my dog with me, popped my head inside and asked if I could get some beers, the lady behind the counter said she would get them for me, spot on service.

A small local shop selling a variety of products including some Co-op brand products (though they don't accept the Co-op loyalty card). Useful if you're passing but you probably wouldn't make a special trip to go there.
