Typical BT outlet, they do not set digital voice adapters! I was told to speak to BT customer service!! Do they think that I would have not done that already!!! Meanwhile my mothers "Red Button Pendant" is inoperative. She is 93 but BT are shipping one out to be received some time next week!!!! Another BT ill conceived rollout!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service.Teri went above and beyond to sort my damaged phone out. Provided me with a loan phone and worked her magic to obtain all my info from one phone to another, twice, under almost impossible circumstances.Brill service. Customer service on point. Would definitely recommend these guys.Thankyou :)

I am so happy with my recent visit to EE store in York, Monk Cross. I was due for an upgrade and Rhe was my customer advisor, she helped me to find an amazing deal, made me welcome and sorted all my queries.Not only she found a really good deal but also helped me setting up my new phone,transfering all the data and waited for patiently for me with another colleague until I picked it up as I was late, really good and professional service, I need to give credit to the EE team.Thank you so much and sorry for making you wait!
