Didn't realise that their rings aren't even all ernest jones most of their jewellery is H Samuel :/ confusing need to make shoppers aware of this. Ridiculous

We were served by Eve nothing was too much trouble , didn't feel rushed even though the shop was very busy . We had a lot of issues with the store in York City centre and would not go back . A totally different experience in this store. Thank you for taking your time we felt like we were the only ones that mattered

Staff are friendly and helpful, and we would be happy to shop here again. Its the kyck of the draw as to whether the jewellery is the appropriate size you require, and unfortunately for us, the item we wanted on this occasion wasn't available in the required size and ordering would have had a wait time of approx 17 weeks.
