Absolutely devastating!Selby branch is efficient fast friendly.Now transferred to York!York has been slow beyond means, barely efficient. One person on the desk so slow chatting away, always computer error no change At least 15 minutes wait!Putting selby into York will not work unless they have at least 4 members of staff working in the desk.Switching banks cannot take anymore!

Sarcasm for no reason whatsoever when in there sorting out an error that was theirs not mine. Seriously thinking of closing my account and that of my parents. All we get from that branch and Lloyds in general is trouble.
