I was asked to provide my details for the shipping which I did they've instead used the details of my address via the auction house so I have no way of collecting my items. Tried emailing I get nothing back honestly I would mind but there's £250 worth of goods in it

Tried to get a quote for collecting, packing and delivering a local auction purchase. I used their website enquiry form then phone and then email. Four days later, nothing. After much chasing I finally got a price of £70, 70% of the cost of my purchase! The auction house shipped it for £18 all in. Don't waste your time with these lazy unresponsive expensive idiots.
