I?m always impressed by the choice of boots for ladies when I visit Pavers. I love the unusual designs and the quality of the leather.I did buy myself a new pair of sensible black boots today, but I would have happily taken another 6 pairs of varying designs and colours as they were all so lovely!The shop itself is light and bright with plenty of space to get around and ample seating; the assistant ?in training? who helped me was very personable and professional.I enjoyed my visit and will use again.Update March 2024: popped into the shop today as I was in Coppergate and drooled over a beautiful bag (a pretty good match for my Rieker boots) and this gorgeous pair of Rieker boots (sadly those heels are no longer compatible with my arthritic knee?).

On the 27th of January 2023 together with my daughter visited York. I ve tried to find some good quality boots with a special design and exquisite. After me and my daughter tried at least 8 shoes shops and we didn't find anything "Waw!" we walked in Pavers. A nice woman in her 60 or so came immediately to us to offer her help. I told her that I want some boots of good quality and exquisite, preferably red color. She showed me a red pair of lacquer boots and I fell in love with them in a second. I ve bought them immediately together with a care spray recommended by that nice staff. In that shop were many beautiful and special other designs. An absolutely lovely shop , designs and staff. Recommended ? by whole my ? !Thank you, Pavers that you exist!
