Was conscious about going here as there is quite low reviews but was pleasantly surprised the food and staff were lovely, we sat down and were served within 2-3 mins, food came out around 15-20mins and it was amazing!will be back!

Was going to go to Nando?s next door but decided to give Prezzo a go, as had never been before.There were 4-5 other tables occupied when we arrived. We were shown to a table and we were sat there for 15-20 minutes without so much as a drinks order taken.When someone eventually came to take our order my husband ordered a burger, only to be told they had no burgers!They had a list of other items on the menu unavailable, which were unavailable before we walked in and were seated. They could quite easily have told us this upon arrival and save us having to wait nearly 20 minutes, having chosen what we wanted, to be told we had to choose something else (which we would quite happily have just picked something else).By this point we were thirsty, we were hungry, we were disappointed at the complete lack of service and neither of us have EVER walked out of a restaurant before but we decided to leave and ate elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.

Good food & good service but got to mark down on the fact that like other restaurants, they no longer take cash payments. Not a problem with myself regarding this but two members of my family could not take the people that they work with / care for because of this fact. Considering this is because the way that adult care in England works in a cash & receipt basis, I suppose we could class this a discrimination against people with disabilities!? Please rethink your policy Prezzo or I will definitely reconsider returning in future.

I called here straight from work for food before going to the cinema.I asked if they had a table for 1. The waiter looked at what I was wearing, checked the seat plan, divided a 4 seat table to make 2 smaller tables to seat me.Restaurant not overly busy when I arrived, maybe the other tables were reserved.I waited ages to be served a drink and then longer still to place a food order.The food was ok, I wouldn't return to a Prezzo or recommend.

I booked a table for 21:00 when I turned up they said kitchen its closed so disappointing and rude service from staff even on google it's saying they close at 22:00

We had a nice family meal on Thursday early doors and the service was great. Molly looked after us with a great smile, attentiveness and a lovely attitude.We will definitely be back in the summer.

Waiter was excellent, providing first class service. However, it was disappointing that 2 of out of 6 meals were served like warm at best. They must have been left standing too long. We did not complain to the waiter as he was brilliant and did not want to upset him.

Food and staff were brilliant I must say. The issue was that they were highly understaffed and rushed off their feet. Felt very sorry for the staff as it wasn't their fault. 6 of us arrived at the restaurant and waited for around 10-15 minutes for the table even though the table was booked and the restaurant was dead. Not the staffs fault as they were rushing around trying to clean and seat us. When we got seated 3 of the 6 different drinks we ordered weren't available. But the young man who served us was apologetic he was a credit to the business despite the situation. No chips available which is strange... Food was prompt and good. Felt sorry for the members of staff as I know I wouldn't like to be in their position. Would be 5* if staff shortages and stock issues sorted

Good food. When finished our food we felt like they were rushing us out of the restaurant. Didn't like this at all took plates then fetched bill and card machine all in about 2 minutes. Will not be recommending or returning.

Came out for a family meal with intention of going to the cinema afterwards.Friendly lady seated us ( think she was the manager). After about 25 minutes I went to find her to say that no-one had even taken our drinks order. She came and did it (and the food order at the same time) - We finally got our drinks 30 minutes after arriving.When the food finally arrived I asked if they had forgotten us and she said no. I pointed out that one couple who came in after us had finished their meal and left. She said that they had pasta so it was quicker. Can't help thinking that if my Chicken Saltimbocca had been ordered 20 minutes earlier that would have speeded things up.I was disappointed with the Saltimbocca but that was more just a bad choice. My daughters spinach and ricotta cannelloni was a generous portion and delicious.The chicken burgers were enjoyed.Once finished I eventually went (after about 20+ minutes) to find the girl to point out that no- one had cleared our table or offered us the dessert menu. This was particularly annoying given the earlier poor service. I felt as if we were in an invisibility pod as people round about us were being attended to. While the girl was apologetic and "disappointed" it was a really disappointing trip out. While we got 2 for 1 via Tastecard it wasn't worth the money - and we missed the cinema.Parking: Service took so long I had to get extra time added above the standard 2 hours
