If your wanting to pay in cash don?t bother,They have been cashless for a while as the lady in store told me. But there is no signs up anywhere to say this. Can?t comment on the sofa quality as went to scs who did accept cash.

The whole experience here is better than any other. Tim looked after us and made the whole experience seamless. James & Paul also assisted and they were all fantastic. It's by far the nicest environment here, not pushy, friendly and there when you need them to assist. Cheers guys, we'll be recommending to others!

Sofa failed to be delivered yesterday with no updates either via call or email. Called this morning to find out when it will be redelivered and they ?don?t know?You are a sofa company and your one job is to deliver sofas, like how hard can it be?!Staff unhelpful and dismissive and now we are left without a sofa.

Tell you they don?t work on commission but absolutely hound you from the second you enter and follow you round the store. Telling us if we don?t order today prices will change etc. Very off putting, went into 3 other sofa stores which were all less pressured and more pleasant.

Wouldn't give the York store any stars if there was a way. Personally I'd avoid them like the plague. I wish I'd taken my £2,600 somewhere else. Very, very dissatisfied with Sofology's product, the ensuing faults and the York store's attitude. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Product quality not as good as expected. I found staff in York store to be so discourteous I have complained in the strongest possible terms to the highest level of management I could reach.
I have spent £2,600 with this company. I wish I had gone elsewhere.

Cannot believe our sofa is only 2 1/2 years old is ready for the tipUnderstood there was a 20 year guarantee?.not worth the paper it is written onThe sofa is totally misshapen?.to the point of not comfortable anymore to even sit on ?.so off the tip it must go , but we will not be going back to sofology that?s for sure ??utter useless?.the sales agent assured us we would get 10 years ????My advice ?.GO ELSEWHERE

Easy to order the furniture but quality certainly no better than their sister company DFS. We have had the sofa for approximately 7 weeks and the seat base has lost its shape. Called customer services if you can call it that. Advised that we needed to fluff the seat it's a memory foam cushion which I put back onto shape constantly. When I queried why I was then told i need to sit in different places on it . So like a game of musical chairs I'm assuming. Absolutely a joke.

Sofology is an absolutely terrible company. Please do not shop here. They ordered me the wrong sofa, it?s my fault apparently. Also after 3 months of waiting they didn?t know if my bed that I ordered from them was going to be cancelled or delivered. After a ridiculous amount of phone calls with customer services, they have cancelled the bed that I bought to match my sofa. Absolutely disgusted with how they have treated me. If you shop here you are letting yourself in for absolute hell. You will get told to ring someone else, then someone else and they still won?t have any answers. Don?t even know how Sofology is still operating and will be very surprised if it?s still in business in a few years time judging by the reviews that others have left also.
