Absolutely abysmal service in York! Four or five staff in the bank at 1 o?clock on Friday 12th. One very young trainee on the counter. Others swanning around!Waited 20 mins in a queue of 4 so just left. Went back 20 mins later and only one person had been served.Looking forward to withdrawing every Penny and investing somewhere where people actually value customers. Up your game York or you?ll be the next to close!
