Gentleman on the desk kindly advised that if my international parcel was just 400g lighter it would reduce my postage cost from £45 to £15 so I popped home, changed the pox it was it for a smaller one - very grateful for his help and honesty :-)

Ive never met anyone annoying as Craig , i was getting my jersey money exchanged and he came out of nowhere and declined my request he said he dont know the money while talking about the money, i hope i dont see him outside on his own because i wouldnt wanna be in a civil law suit.

British gas sent emergency credit to the post office and the manager wouldn't even look at the letter, he threw me and even British gas contacted them direct and the manager hung up. Terrible attitude Terrible service

Woman at the checkout sold me out of date goods, was not impressed, goods were out of date by one year, item wouldn't scan so she charged me anyway, when. I got home I'd already consumed item before I Accidently realised. Horrendous thing to happen to anyone, moreover she was rude to add insult to injury, don't understand why people are so unhappy with their jobs, whatever setting I've worked with have always performed my duties with a smile. Yes.. But what makes me laugh the most is that my bank doesn't let me use touch on to pay rofl, its the only place where I have to enter my pin, Lord have mercy is it any wonder.I would also like to add that the woman on the currency exchange section is as the other comment below indicates about racism, I feel compelled to also make note that this is a common trend also.I have friends that have complained to me about their treatment by her also, I think rudeness and psychopathic spectrum micro aggression and slow talking is out of order and abhorant.Woman should be sent to inclusion training and also bias training, if not for anything else but to service ethnically diverse clients better. It's 21st century Britain rofl, get with the times mate.

For the first time in my life I experienced racism. The woman at the post office was very slow and tried to charge me with extra costs for the parcel.

Not the best experience, the bloke that serves it good and efficient but the older lady is terrible slow and complains every time I go.
