The taxi driver was really nice and polite, but the person who answered the phone was not - a bit snappy / rude, needs to learn better customer service if you’re in a customer facing role.Also prices are very high.

Disgraceful customer service. Called over the phone for a taxi and the person on the other end was disgustingly rude! Will never use this company again
