I purchased two large oak half barrels from the Etsy store of this company in September 2023 at £50 each. The barrels were handled carefully and planted up, but less than three months later a reinforcing metal hoop fell off one barrel - then shortly after the other hoop fell off the same barrel, meaning the wood is now totally unsupported, beginning to splay outwards and will collapse. The other barrel is still ok, so far. I was in touch with the company to request a replacement or refund in December, but a month later I have had no response. I?m really disappointed with this expensive mistake.

I have not had service like this in years. Jason helped me out at the last minute for a birthday gift. I'd been let down by a scam company. He worked so hard and delivered with my agreement at midnight so as this would very here for the birthday.I purchased the giant barrel for the ice bath.I was honestly so impressed.Quality product. Thankyou Jason. If only more companies were like this.Jason you are a superstar !

Friendly staff who are quick to help, the barrels are of high quality and perfect for planting flowers in your back garden! There's also plenty of choice in what size barrel you can choose from, can't reccomend enough!
