Very professional initially on the phone, however this was followed up by the technician calling to ask for cash as the card machine had "just" gone down. Then he calls again to ask us to get the customer to pay! So obviously the card machine is ok for a customer likely to be stranded anywhere in the UK to use. Just not for us. The man does his job with relative efficiency and removes the contaminated fuel. Well done lad.The service continued to decline when he asked me for some fuel contrary to the website. We shall not use these again.

I added petrol to a diesel car today in Eynsham. I contacted Wrong Fuel Recovery and they were super speedy and super efficient! From making the phone call an engineer (Jake) was with me within 30 mins. He was polite and talked me through the procedure in detail. He removed the contaminated fuel and assisted in pushing my vehicle back to the pumps and filling it back up again with diesel. Wrong Fuel Recovery got to me very quickly and were very professional. They were very honest and gave me loads of good advice. They got me back onto the road again very quickly. I would strongly recommend them if you ever get into the same embarrassing position that I did. Thank you Ansis!!!

Arrived within the promised time, was polite, professional and re-assuring. Well equipped to do the job. Charge was £180. Significantly cheaper than quote from VW dealership. Operative ensured vehicle was running properly on the new fuel he carried before he would take payment. A good experience in a regrettable situation.

ECELLENT service , friendly knoledgable staff car ran fantastic after all petrol was sucked out and engine cleaner put in .Would use again but hopefully won't be putting petrol in my diesel again
