TERRIBLE customer service.I made a complaint about a hair cut I have recently had. I asked to be refunded as I am frankly too embarrassed to return after the way I was spoken to over messaging platforms and the telephone, I have since been threatened with solicitors should they receive any further correspondence from me.They said the service was carried out with care and skill, I have attached photos and you can judge for yourself.Furthermore their social media platforms states you will recieve 20% off during the month of January, I paid full price and recieved no offer, upon disputing this I was told unless I mentioned it there's nothing they can do.I am massively disappointed and upset at the service I have received and will not be returning, they clearly need the money more than me, so they can keep it.Service: Hairstyling
