I didn't think much of the customer service provided by the lady at the front desk. After spending about 15 minutes with her I knew there would be no rapport so I couldn't trust her with my kitchen project. I was disappointed there was some marvelous kitchens. With my 10 thousand pound budget I was advised she may be able to work with that. I don't want to hear may be able to work with that so I shall take my 10 thousand & spend it at a company who will be able to work with that.
